Meet Our Team

Coby has been a motorcycle enthusiast for over 35 years.  He took the MSF BRC and BRC 2 course as a military requirement in 2009. He recognized the benefits of the courses and enrolled to become a rider coach to help others reduce rider risk. Coby started as a coach with Mid South Motorcycle Training Academy and purchased the range when the former coordinator retired.   

Hailing from Indiana, Chad began his riding adventure in 2011 and completed the BRC in 2012.  He became a rider coach in 2023 to spread the knowledge and joy of riding. He started as a rider coach with Mid South Motorcycle Training Academy and is thoroughly dedicated to safety. 

Emily began riding dirt bikes at an early age and has taken the BRC1 and BRC2 numerous times. She serves Elk River Motorcycle Training Academy as a range aid and class photographer.

Not only does Alyssa serve as a range aid, she assists with the marketing by helping with the online social media accounts. She began riding dirt bikes at an early age and completed the BRC1 course in 2022.

Norbert started riding at the age of sixteen, in 1981. He took the BRC 1 for the first time in 2009 as a refresher and being impressed by the curriculum, took the intermediate and advanced course several times thereafter. Recognizing the value of these courses for novice and experienced riders, he took the rider coach prep class in 2014 and has been teaching the BRC since then. In 2022 he started teaching in Tennessee for Mid-South Motorcycle Academy and is teaching since 2025 for Elk River Motorcycle Training Academy. Motorcycles are a way of life for Norbert and a cure-all for whatever life may throw at you.

As office coordinator, Tina has the hardest job of the team.  She helps schedule the training and ensures the coaches and range aids are set to provide the greatest service to our students.
